Undisclosed Leading Retailer

Nothing is more annoying than a photographer who feels compelled to drop the names of his clients, hoping that someone else's hard earned brand equity will suddenly rub off on him.  After all, if his work is good, the photographer should feel secure enough with himself...right?

I will tell you that we have been shooting interiors for a French retail client who is not known for being a low price leader.  There...that's all I'm going to say.

Hi Corey,
I was glad to receive this...which goes for any of your blogs. This one however, this name dropper person, happened to push one of my [several] buttons.
I believe, as you know me for a long time, (probably seems like forever, right?) so you know how I feel about people in general, who find it necessary, as they pick up the slack of there own short-comings, practicality give you there entire net worth, as a first time acquaintance. We know people like that. Everybody knows people like that! Would you not think with the word out, there would be more discretion? Hope I contributed something positive to your blog. Keep up the beautiful work!

Love,

Dad

I love this comment. it says a lot about an artist who has to boast about his named clients. Probably just to cover up his shortcomings.

Just an opinion.
